How to prolong the life of your hydraulic pumps? 
There are many factors can impact the pump's life, the correct operation just is one 
of the most important factors. What is the correct operation?

A, Before running
1, Check the mounting. Make sure the screws are tighten up, and the coupling are 
installed correctly.
2, Make sure it fill oil in the pump body.
3, Make sure the rotary direction accord with the inlet and outlet port.
4, Make sure the safety valve are set to the correct value.

B, In running
Can't start up rapidly with full speed. Before continuous running without load, press 
the switch of primemover for some times at the status of the system with load in order 
to push out the air in pipes. No-load running for 1-2 minutes, there is no abnormity, 
then start to load gradually. It should be no abnormal vibration, noises and leak in 
loading, otherwise stop and check it right away.

C, After Running
If there will be a long time no running, should clean the oil out the of pumps, and 
fill it with low acid oil. To paint anticorrosive oil on the surface of pumps and plug 
the ports.
